The AGA Albany Chapter welcomes you to our first webinar for 2025. Whether you have attended one of our previous webinars or this is your first time, we know that you will enjoy the timely training we have arranged. Jennifer Paperman, a long-time Chapter member, will be presenting on the timely topic of Reaching Your
Goals. This will be the year you achieve your New Year's Resolution rather than rolling it over to next year.
As the author Brian Tracy stated, “A goal without a plan is only a dream.” Too many of us have those dreams that we want to accomplish but can’t seem to get there.
In this course, you will learn how to reach those goals in three steps. The first step is developing a clear, actionable goal through the SMART goals process. The second is developing the action plan to accomplish that SMART goal. For the third and final step, you need to carry through on that action plan. In this course, you
will learn all steps, and be provided with handouts to help you apply the SMART goal process to get started on achieving your professional and personal goals.
