Annual Fundraiser at the Guilderland Food Pantry

Date/Time:9/19/2024 - 5:00pm
Location:Guilderland Food Pantry
Event Details: The Pantry is looking for 6-7 drivers to pick up donated food from area restaurants that day and bring the food to the event so that it can be set up on tables.

So far there are three AGA volunteers for the event (see table below).

The fund raiser starts at 6:30 that night, so the food will be picked up earlier than that (probably 5-5:30pm-ish).

Final details will be provided (e.g. restaurants that need food picked up from, and driver assignments) as soon as available.
